ClubConnect understands the frustration when unforeseen circumstances such as cancelled flights, extreme weather, illness or bereavement force your plans to change. Should something like this impact your ClubConnect bookings, we will endeavour to provide a full refund.
In the majority of cases, refunds will be credited back into your account within 24 to 48 hours. This does depend on your individual bank, however, and is not within our control.
