ClubConnect would serve as the conduit between Auto Clubs, hospitality, retail and tourism operators, with full flexibility for Auto Clubs to maintain existing relationships or for ClubConnect to fulfil and acquire member benefits on behalf of the Club.

I need to change the number of people travelling or date/time of my booking.

For a booked experience, typically we will need to check with the operator first as they can let us know about availability and options. If you need to amend anything, please fill in our contact form and provide us with your name, voucher number, what your need to change (date, time, passengers) and your best contact details.

I bought the wrong eGift card type, can I change it?

eGift cards cannot be cancelled once they are issued, except if they are cancelled at the card partner’s discretion. Be sure to select the correct denomination and correct card partner before confirming your transaction.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilised. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for theme park tickets, attractions, shows or coupons in all circumstances. eGift Vouchers are also non-refundable in all circumstances.

Why is “ClubConnect” listed on my bank statement? Who are you?

ClubConnect is a partner of RACQ, NRMA, RACV, RAA, RACT, RAC and AANT. If you can see us on your statement, then you have likely purchased something from one of these Auto Associations.

I purchased an eGift Card but haven’t got my email yet. What do I do?

I haven’t got my eMovie ticket, where is it?

I requested a refund, but it hasn’t happened yet.

Please allow up to 3 days for a refund to appear back into your bank account. If it’s been more than 3 days, then please fill in our contact and enquiry form.

Why do I have a transaction showing as “Voided” from ClubConnect on my bank statement?

Something happened when we tried to process your payment. Some banks don’t recognise void requests immediately. It’s possible that after we issue the void, you will still see the pending charge. If this happens, you should call your bank; the bank should be able to see the void request and update your bank statement.
